Blue Moon & Partners was founded by Dr Joanna Abeyie MBE CC JP, a strategist, EDIA expert and leadership adviser with over two decades of experience working across business, professional services, government, policing, education and the creative industries.

Jo established the consultancy after observing a common challenge across organisations: strategies often fail not because of poor ambition, but because of leadership, culture and inequitable people processes and mechanisms of accountability.
